Strength & Conditioning

Our personalized training classes are offered many times throughout the week. When you get to class, you will receive a personalized plan for the day and work out with the group. Our highly trained instructor will be present to offer additional direction and encouragement as needed.

We will focus on low-weight, high-repetition exercises designed to increase muscle tone. In the performance portion, you will focus on building power and strength. Whether you want to work on increasing tone or building strength — or both — these classes will provide you with the training and motivation you need to reach your goals.

 

Personalized Training

Private Training

Darius will design a private workout training regimen exclusively for you. He will assess how to accomplish your goals and then work closely to help you achieve each level of desired personal fitness. As you advance in this exclusive training program, he will increase each level of fitness that will benefit you and your future health.
