Sri believes in the importance of physical activities and mental relaxation in order to achieve optimal health and well-being. Throughout her journey as a forever student and as an instructor, yoga has taught her how to breathe, relax, be patient, and love herself and others, both on and off mat.
With her attention to detail and calming approach in guiding her class, Sri hopes to help people gain their optimal physical benefits, feel balanced and restored mindfully, and spread positive energy with others around them in their daily lives.
Sri was born and raised in Bandung, Indonesia. After graduating in college, she came to the U.S.
to continue her education and received her Master in Business Administration from University of Denver. For the past 25 years, she, her husband, and their daughter have made El Paso their home.
In 2009, after three years of practicing yoga, she completed the CorePower Yoga Certification and found her passion in sharing her practice with others. Sri has been leading classes ever since,
and over time, her style has gradually expanded from an energized fast-paced flow to gentle flow and alignment-based form practices. In spring of 2017, Sri completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification at Surya Yoga led by Morgan Mazza.
